The agreement between us.

1. What Promise Keepr is

An accountability and coaching service. You write promises, a trained Keeper helps you shape them and holds you to them, and you record each day on a private Ledger. We provide the software as part of that service.

2. What Promise Keepr is not

It is not medical care, psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis support, financial advice or legal advice. Keepers are not clinicians and will not diagnose, treat or advise on any condition or medication. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or the emergency services.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use Promise Keepr.

4. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are monthly or annual, taken in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Founding pricing is locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active; if you cancel and rejoin, the then-current price applies.

5. Cancelling

Cancel any time by emailing us or messaging your Keeper. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We will not require a phone call, a retention conversation, or a form with a hidden step.

6. The first-month guarantee

If you sealed your days for a full first month and honestly feel the programme did nothing for you, email us within seven days of that month ending and we will refund that month in full. It applies once, to your first month on the programme. We ask no questions and make no counter-offer.

7. Your Ledger and your Receipts

Sealed days are locked and cannot be edited by you, by your Keeper, or by us. This is deliberate. Your promises and your Ledger are yours; you may export them at any time. Receipts are yours to share or not share as you choose.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Promise Keepr to make or record promises involving harm to yourself or anyone else, illegal activity, or harassment. Keepers may decline a promise and will explain why. We may end a subscription, with a pro-rata refund, if this section is broken.

9. Keeper changes and availability

We may change your Keeper, and you may request a change at any time without giving a reason. Keepers are people and take holidays; cover is arranged and you will be told who is covering.

10. Results

We make no promise about your results. We have published the research the method is built on and been explicit about its limits. Individual outcomes vary and depend substantially on what you do.

11. Liability

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Creator partners

Partner and affiliate arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement. Commission is paid on cleared payments only. Partners never receive member names, promises or Ledger data.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change anything that materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel before it takes effect.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
