Creator partnerships
Your audience does not need another supplement.
They need somebody to notice when they stop. If you have built an audience around discipline, training, study, recovery, money or making things, you already know that the comments are not asking for information. They are asking for accountability.
I promise I'll post the thing on Tuesday, even the version I'm not sure about.

The deal
Two tiers, monthly recurring, no lock-in either way.
Everything here is the actual arrangement. If you want it in a contract before you post anything, that is exactly the right instinct and we will send one.
30% recurring
For creators who front it properly: a co-branded page, a real endorsement, and their own audience in the room.
- 30% of every subscription, every month, for as long as that member stays
- Your own page on your own colours, at a link that is yours
- A free place on the programme, from before you launch, so "I use this" is true
- Assets built for your format, not resized from ours
- A named contact here, not a shared inbox
- Reserved onboarding capacity around your launch date
20% recurring
For anyone with an audience who wants to mention it without building anything. Link, code, done.
- 20% of every subscription, every month, while the member stays
- A tracked link and a discount code in your name
- A dashboard showing conversions and monthly earnings
- The standard asset pack
- No co-branded page
- No reserved onboarding capacity
Paid monthly, thirty days after the member's payment clears, so refunds and chargebacks have settled. You can see every member as a number and a join date. You will never see their name, their promises or their Ledger, and that is not negotiable.
The niches
This travels further than fitness.
Anywhere an audience has already been told what to do and still is not doing it, the missing piece is the same one. Here is where it has fitted most naturally so far.
Running and lifting
The audience already knows what to do. They need somebody who notices on week three.
Study and revision
Students who have built the most beautiful Notion setup ever made and revised nothing.
ADHD and neurodivergence
Handled carefully, with explicit limits on what we claim. External structure, not a cure.
Sobriety-adjacent
Only with clinical boundaries stated up front and a clear referral path. We are not a treatment programme.
Money and saving
A promise about a transfer on payday is one of the most keepable promises there is.
Creative practice
Writers, musicians, illustrators. The people whose problem is starting, not talent.
Faith and practice
Daily practice is a promise. This works quietly well and we treat it with respect.
Parenting and family
Small promises about presence. The ones people are most quietly ashamed of missing.
Career changers
Applications sent, portfolio hours, one conversation a week. Painfully trackable.
Sleep and screens
Phone out of the bedroom is the single most-kept promise on the platform so far.
The rules
What we ask, and what we will not do.
Disclose the partnership, clearly, in the post itself and not in a caption nobody reads. This is required by UK advertising rules and it is also just the correct thing to do given what we sell.
Use the programme yourself first, for at least two weeks, before you recommend it. We give you the free place specifically so that this is possible.
Do not invent results. Not yours, not ours. We have no outcome data yet, so neither do you, and any post claiming a success rate will end the partnership on the spot.
Things we will not do
- Write a script for you to read as if it were your own opinion
- Give you member names, promises or Ledgers — ever
- Run a fake countdown or an invented "only 3 spots left"
- Accept a partner whose audience we think we would fail
- Pay for a post that does not disclose
The capacity thing, honestly
Each Keeper holds 25 people. A creator sending 400 sign-ups in a weekend does not get 400 good experiences; they get a queue and a churn problem that damages both of us. So partner launches are dated, capacity is reserved in advance, and if we cannot staff your launch we will tell you the month we can. This is the least exciting sentence on this page and the most important one.
Apply, and tell us who your audience is failing at.
Send your channel, your rough numbers, and one sentence about the thing your audience keeps saying they will start. We reply to everyone, including the noes.
