Day one

Write one promise.

Not three. One. The one you have been telling yourself you will start since roughly February. First person, small enough to be slightly embarrassing, and in your own words.

A named Keeper reads it and writes back within 48 hours with a sharpened version and a suggestion for your other two. You are not charged anything until you have seen that and said yes.

  • Takes about four minutes
  • No card details on this page
  • A real person replies, not an autoresponder
Used to send your Keeper's reply. Nothing else.
Something a stranger could score. Not "get fitter". 0 / 140
Only if you would rather your Keeper messaged you there.

This is what gets signed

I promise …

By sending this you agree to the terms and the privacy notice. No card, no subscription, no automated sequence.

What happens next

Three things, in this order.

A Keeper reads it. Within 48 hours.

A named human, not a queue. They come back with two or three questions and a sharpened version of your promise.

You agree the final three, and sign.

Only then does anything cost money. If the rewritten promises do not feel like yours, say so and they will do it again.

You seal your first night.

Two taps. Then thirty days later a Receipt arrives that you did not write.
