The marketing site sets no cookies at all. It stores exactly one thing in your browser's local storage:

pk-theme — whether you chose the day or night theme. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

The Receipt builder and the promise composer run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere or stored anywhere.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that. If we move to self-hosted fonts we will update this page.

Inside your account

Once you are a member, the Ledger sets one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. It expires when you sign out. There is no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie on the member area.

Analytics

If we add analytics, it will be a cookieless, privacy-first provider that does not identify individuals, and this page will say so before it goes live.

Third parties

Our payment processor sets its own cookies on its own checkout pages, governed by its policy rather than ours. We do not embed any social media widgets, share buttons or ad networks anywhere on this site.
