The refund
How the guarantee actually works.
Seal your days for a full month. If at the end of it you honestly feel it did nothing for you, email us within seven days and we refund that month in full.
There is no form, no exit survey you have to complete first, and no offer of two months at half price to make you stay. One email, one refund. We ask that you sealed your days because the guarantee is on the programme, not on your intention to try it.
It applies once, to your first month. After that you are on a rolling monthly subscription that you can cancel any time, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
What we will never do
- Put a countdown timer on this page
- Invent a member count or a success rate
- Make cancelling require a phone call
- Auto-upgrade you to a higher tier
- Charge for a month you told us you were leaving in
- Sell or share your Ledger with anybody
