The Keepers
Somebody has to actually read it.
A Keeper is the whole product. Everything else on this site is a way of making their job possible and your part of it take ten seconds.
The job
Four things, done properly, every week.
- Read your Ledger before they message you. Every message references something specific that actually happened in your week. No "how's it going?" ever.
- Send one real message a week. Written by them, on WhatsApp, with your name in it. Not scheduled, not generated, not the same message everyone else got on Monday.
- Rewrite the promise that keeps breaking. On the third miss, that day. Smaller, moved, or anchored somewhere better.
- Notice the silence. Three unsealed days and they are in your messages the same day, because the silence is the signal and it always has been.
What they will never do
- Diagnose you, or discuss medication
- Tell you to want it more
- Send a motivational quote
- Pretend to have read something they did not
- Let a broken promise run for a fourth week
The team
Four people, named, with actual backgrounds.
Photographs go up as each Keeper agrees to it. We are not putting stock photos of models on this page, which would be a strange way to launch a company built on honesty.
Marie-Jo
Manila
Six years in remote client care before this, which is where she learned that one specific question beats ten general ones.
Usually paired with: Shift workers, parents on broken sleep, anyone whose week does not have a shape.
Tomas
Lisbon
Ran a small gym for nine years and got tired of watching people buy twelve-week programmes they abandoned in three.
Usually paired with: Training promises, people restarting after an injury, the perpetually almost-consistent.
Ruth
Leeds
Came from adult education, where the whole job is noticing which student went quiet this week and why.
Usually paired with: Study and work promises, career changers, people who are excellent at everything except finishing.
Dami
Birmingham
Spent four years in crisis-line volunteering, so knows precisely where the line is between accountability and something that needs a clinician.
Usually paired with: Sleep and phone promises, burnout recovery, the ones who need permission to make it smaller.
Not clicking with yours? Say so and we will move you, no conversation required and no offence taken. The match matters more than the manners.
The standards
How a Keeper is trained, and what they are paid for.
Keepers are trained on promise design, on the difference between accountability and pressure, and on exactly where to stop and refer. That last one gets the most time. Somebody telling you they have not left the house in nine days is not a habit problem, and a Keeper who treats it as one is doing harm.
They are paid a fixed monthly rate per member, not a bonus for retention and not a commission on renewals. Nobody here has a financial reason to keep you subscribed to something that is not working. If your Keeper thinks you should stop paying us, they will tell you, and it will not affect their pay.
The caseload cap is the product. The moment a Keeper holds forty people the messages become templates, and the moment the messages become templates you may as well be using a free app. Twenty-five is the number where a person can genuinely remember your week without looking it up.
Get matched with a Keeper.
Write one promise and you will hear from a named human within 48 hours. If they are not right for you, we will move you.
First month refunded in full if you sealed your days and it did not work for you.
